Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information is processed when you visit this site and what choices you have. The site is operated from Spain, so the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to our processing; U.S. visitors also retain the rights granted by the laws of their state.
1. Server logs
Our web server records technical data needed to deliver pages and keep the service secure: IP address, time of request, requested URL, browser type. Logs are kept for a short period and are not used to build profiles. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2. Cookies and local storage
We store one preference in your browser's local storage — light or dark theme. It never leaves your device. Advertising partners may set their own cookies, described below.
3. Advertising — Google AdSense
This site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar identifiers (including third-party cookies) to serve and measure ads, which may be personalized based on your visits to this and other websites. You can learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/ads and control ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. You may also opt out of many third-party ad networks at optout.aboutads.info. Where consent is required, ads are only personalized after you agree through the consent banner.
4. Maps and fonts
Maps load tiles from OpenStreetMap/CARTO and fonts from Google Fonts; those providers receive your IP address when your browser requests them.
5. Information about debtors
Case data comes from public court records and SEC filings. We publish business entities only and exclude individuals; if you believe a record identifies a private person, contact us and we will remove it.
6. Your rights and complaints
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. California residents have rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know and to delete; we do not sell personal information. Other state privacy laws (for example in Virginia, Colorado or Texas) may give you similar rights. The United States has no single data-protection authority: consumer-privacy complaints can be sent to the Federal Trade Commission (reportfraud.ftc.gov) or your state attorney general, and California residents may also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency. Because the operator is established in Spain, you may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), aepd.es.
