Questions, corrections, or a case that should not be here?
Correction or removal requests
Our entries mirror the court's case-opening data. If a case was dismissed, transferred, filed in error, or if the debtor is actually an individual, email us with the case number and the page address and we will correct or remove the entry, normally within a few business days. Changes to the underlying record itself must be requested from the clerk of the bankruptcy court.
