How it is built

Each day we read the case-opening entries from the public RSS feeds of the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts (PACER / CM-ECF), CourtListener (Free Law Project) and SEC EDGAR. We keep entity debtors only, fold jointly filed affiliates into one lead case, and link every entry back to a public docket. The court record is always the authoritative version.
